This notice explains what happens to information submitted through the Cesalpino donor and veterinary-practice forms.
What we collect
Donor enquiries include contact details, location and information about a potential canine donor. Practice applications include professional contact, registration, experience, facility, billing and delivery information.
Practice applicants must not include pet-parent names, contact details or directly identifying patient information in free-text answers.
Why we use it
We use the information to review and respond to an enquiry, assess whether a donor conversation or practice onboarding should continue, verify professional details where appropriate, and maintain a record of the resulting communication. Form information is not used for unrelated marketing.
Where it goes
Submissions are stored in Cloudflare D1. Cloudflare Turnstile is used to protect the forms from automated abuse. A notification containing the submitted information is sent to the Cesalpino team through Resend.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to review the enquiry, continue the relationship, meet record-keeping needs or resolve a dispute. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or de-identified.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete information submitted through these forms, subject to any information we need to retain for legitimate clinical, contractual or record-keeping reasons. Contacthello@cesalpino.org.
